Coach Wiebe's Top Two Tips:
- Don't throw it as hard as you can. Control is much more important than power. Throw at 60% to start with and build up over time.
- Keep the disc flat. Having the "nose" of your disc up is a very common mistake and will get you plenty of altitude but not much distance.
A good place to start learning more is to watch the "How Discs Fly" video. It's cheesy but it helps.
